Subscription help

Swapsease Unlimited is billed and managed by Apple. To cancel or manage your subscription, go to Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Swapsease cannot process refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app, or by emailing us.

To report a user, listing, or safety concern, use the in-app report tool or email jl@jl-intelligence.com with "Safety" in the subject line.

Common questions

How do I cancel my Swapsease Unlimited subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Swapsease to cancel or manage your plan.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from within the app in your profile settings, or email us at jl@jl-intelligence.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".

I can’t access my account. What should I do?

Email jl@jl-intelligence.com with the email address linked to your account and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

How do matches work?

A chat opens only when both users have expressed interest in each other’s listing. Neither party is notified of a one-sided swipe.

Can I report a user or listing?

Yes. Use the in-app reporting tool on any listing or profile, or email jl@jl-intelligence.com describing the concern.
